/ Assistant Controller, Lebanon PA

Lebanon Seaboard Corporation is recruiting an Assistant Controller to join our Corporate Headquarters, located in Lebanon, PA. This individual will play a critical part of preparing the company's monthly internal financial statements with a focus on cost accounting. This role will be integral in working with all departments of the organization and work together to maximize the financial performance of the company. This position will support the management team with financial analysis and have significant exposure to the senior management team and work very closely with the CFO of the company. Additionally, the individual will monitor system controls and assist with ensuring a proper internal controls structure is maintained. The external auditors will work closely with the Assistant Controller as well.

/ Associate Channel Manager – E-Commerce, Lebanon PA

This position is part of the rapidly growing Ecommerce function within the Consumer Division of Lebanon Seaboard Corporation. Based at Lebanon Seaboard’s HQ, this position reports to the Sr. Channel Manager - Ecommerce and works collaboratively with her and the Product Management team to prepare new product expansions, including initial research and upload of new products to all online accounts and within operating systems.

This position is responsible for executing the marketing plans contributing to the annual sales and profit goals of the brands to which they support. This position is required to work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Managers and with Sales, Marketing Services, Operations, Product Development and Accounting to prioritize activities, manage the brand projects and ensure business objectives are achieved or exceeded.
